On September 21, 2023, the regional stage of competitions of non-standard formations to ensure the implementation of civil defense measures of the Moscow Region took place in the Fryazino city district at the Olympus stadium.

The main objective of the competition is to assess the readiness of formations to ensure the implementation of civil defense measures for actions intended for emergencies in peacetime and wartime. As part of the competition, reviews of the readiness of civil defense forces and means, demonstrations and an exhibition of modern samples of special equipment, equipment, equipment and tools are organized.
